Terminalia chebula , commonly known as Haritaki, is a homoeopathic medicine derived from the Terminalia chebula tree, belonging to the Combrataceae family. This medicine is widely recognized for its therapeutic effects in managing bleeding piles, diarrhea, chronic dysentery, and constipation. It is also beneficial in treating conditions such as headache, vertigo, dropsy, and certain skin diseases. Common Names:   Harda,  Black myrobalan   SBL’s Terminalia chebula can be helpful in the following conditions: Bleeding Piles Aids in bleeding piles, providing relief from itching and sensation of fullness in the rectum associated with hemorrhoids. Diarrhea & Chronic Dysentery Helps in managing diarrhea and chronic dysentery, particularly when the stool is small, mucous, and accompanied by flatulence and burning sensations in the stomach. Constipation & Colic Constipation, especially when there is a frequent desire for stool but only small amounts pass with great force. Alleviates colic, particularly biliary colic, associated with abdominal discomfort. Headache & Vertigo Persistent headache and vertigo, which worsen with heat and motion but improve with cold air and rest.
